Continuous Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV)

A system that comprises of a either a central ducted continuously running extract fan or a set of local continuously running extract fans in wet rooms or a combination of both. To be used in conjunction with background ventilation. ​
Continuous Balanced Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)

A ducted system with a supply and extract to atmosphere, a heat exchanger is used to extract the heat being taken from inside the property used to warm the air entering the property.
